Earlier this year, we learned that Boxpark Shoreditch wouldn’t be closing quite yet, after they had initially announced that they would cease trading. Now, we know that they’ve had their lease extended to late September 2025, so there are at least seven more months of tasty street food, pop-up events, and beers at the original Boxpark location.

To celebrate the welcome news, Boxpark Shoreditch will be carrying out the one-two punch of giving out free food and paying homage to the year they opened. How will they do that in a clean swoop, you ask? By giving out 2011 meal tokens… obviously.

Over the space of four days this month, hungry attendees at Boxpark Shoreditch will have the chance to nab themselves a free meal token that will be valid at one of 11 different traders at the site. Those heading to the venue between February 20-23 will be in with a shot of getting their hands on one of 2011 tokens, which will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis.

The traders participating for the four days are as follows:

Or Social Table
Pasta Evangelists
Taco Collective
Beast And Field
Ban me
Popa
Tender wheat
Black Bear Burger
Viva Falafel
Love Churros
After School Cookie Club

There’s plenty of grub to choose from, and since this spreads across the weekend, you can stick around for a beer or two afterwards and catch a lively screening of the Six Nations. Cheers to another seven months at Shoreditch!

Boxpark Shoreditch is giving away 2011 free meal tokens for participating traders between February 20-23. You’ll be able to redeem your vouchers at any time within this period, and tokens are given away on a first come, first served basis.
