BRUSSI MEN’T SUMMARED Saturday in Brighton is one of the greatest pleasures of life, especially when you order something you want never bother with cooking at home. If you are a bit more special than ordinary eggs and toast, go to the recently opened Burger & Hummer, located between the breakfast club and permit room on Market Street.
We were lucky that we were called from samples of brunch menu, and just say No frustration. Burger & Lobster already has several places in London, but this is their first new opening in a few years, and it seems like they have set a lot of thinking and love.
We are greeted by Manager’s warmly welcome, more than happy to discuss the menu and careful care that has gone to the acquisition of local Brighton journalists. There is a fully Brighton-coded flour bakery for Brighton roasted coffee, Brighton Gin and even Tuaca sunrise cocktail.
The interiors are stylish and fun. Oyster shells that resemble oyster peel drips from the ceiling, while the wood with fairy light is in the center of the center. The neon mark above the bar reads ‘Welcome home, enjoyable applicant’ and when you look at the oster-filled ice tank, you know exactly it.
Attention to the details is everywhere. We were obsessed with pastel pink napkins ‘Stylish mess and menus decorated with strange, playful pictures. It gives Lux for fun.

Our waitress Anoushka was very friendly and full of solid recommendations. Although the name suggests that it is only hamburgers and lobster (and they are The stars of the program), the menu also features a barn bar, classic brunch dishes, salads and some seriously attractive half – Helloooo Mac ‘n’ cheese. There are also combination options – perfect if you want to try a little (which of course we did).
We started things with six oysters, served with the secrecy of the salot on vinaigrette in a stunning ceramic oyster food. Fresh, shiny and delicious. Then came the croquettes, and to be honest, we still think of them. Wagyu nude, cheddar and onion Mayo troops were umami rich and crisp, while the lobbies, shrimp and mozzarella values were full of sweet Chinese taste and rinse goodness.

At the main event, we went to the lobster combination, which included half lobster, lobster rolls and potatoes. Anoushka suggested that we try lobster steamed like grilled and Wow, it was an announcement. From a person, juicy and embedded in your own personal garlic boat, which has a generous amount of lobster we have ever taken.
The lobster roll was equally pampering – a sweet and butter brioche roller full of juicy lobster in a creamy sauce. Parmesan potatoes were the perfect side table: salty, sharp and even better embedded in lemon aioli.

We passed the traditional dessert because we were very full and instead went to liquid desserts – Tiramisu Espresso Martin and Toffee apple Martin. Both were deliciously sweet and dangerously drinkable. However, we have made a spiritual note to return to the ice cream sandwich; Caramelized Brioche, Boho Gelato vanilla, Chocolate Brownie and popcorn. Yes, please.
Burger & Lobster is a fun and wonderful addition to the Brighton Restaurant, which offers truly delicious seafood at a fairly reasonable price. This place offers, whether it’s a birthday, a special brunch with friends, or just an excuse to take care of yourself. We will definitely come back and next time we try that ice cream sandwiches.
