The development will contribute to an identified need for a new exclusive visitor accommodation in a very desirable location, which activates street bars along King Street and Cheapside.

The Integrity International Group is dedicated to improving the building’s sustainability tasks aimed at Breeam “excellent” and delivers a biodiversity net gain. Their proposals have minimal structural consequences, with improvements and restoration as important functions in their investments in the listed building.

Integrity International Group, which is owned by the award -winning hotel owner Tony Matharu, commented on:

“I am pleased that we can proceed with our proposed plans for this landmark building in the heart of the city, which gives us the opportunity to show our continued commitment to invest in and breathe new life in London property, especially these buildings at the end of their past lives; Make sure London remains the best place to live, work, visit and invest.

We look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy this special property and continue to make a positive difference in central London and its offer of international and domestic visitors, workers and housing communities both. “

Tony and his Integrity International Group realize that the most sustainable way to create new value in London is to reinvest in existing buildings, especially heritage sites built for another demographic. Atlas House provides an exciting opportunity to turn another landmark property into a world-leading hotel, while retaining, restoring and improving a historical London site.
