Bikanervala, the celebrated Indian vegetarian food chain with over a century of culinary tradition, has officially stepped into the UK market with the grand launch of its first store in Hounslow. Backed by a £50 million investment, this marks the beginning of a major expansion plan with The Montana Global Group.

Located at 101-105 High Street, the brand’s UK flagship spans 3,200 square feet and doubles as a restaurant and traditional sweet shop. This landmark opening is the first of 25 stores planned in Phase 1, with two further locations already in development in Southall.

Montana Global, the powerhouse behind Kingdom of Grills and existing Bikanervala outlets in Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh, is leading the charge on UK soil, bringing deep operational expertise and regional insight to the rollout.

Bikanervala’s popularity is built on its flavour-rich offerings—ranging from chole bhature to zesty chaats and iconic samosas—but it’s their traditional Indian sweets, crafted with passion since 1905, that remain their most beloved creation.

The Hounslow venue is not only a place to dine but also to celebrate. With outdoor catering, festive gift options, and a dedicated wedding studio, it’s positioned to serve both everyday customers and grand celebrations.

Monty Singh, Founder and Managing Director of The Montana Global Group, commented:

“We’re pouring £50 million into 25 Bikanervala stores across the UK, starting with Hounslow’s 3,200 sq. ft beauty! From Kingdom of Grills in India to our Bikanervala franchises in Punjab and beyond, we know how to bring the heat. Now, we’re here to spice and sweeten the UK’s wedding season and social events, turning every moment into amazing memories with North Indian flair!”

The Montana Global Group also oversees Brands Unlimited, a retail brand offering over 100 premium lifestyle labels—demonstrating its broad market reach beyond food and hospitality.

With operations thriving in the US, UAE, and now the UK, Bikanervala is set to transform the British high street with its vibrant vegetarian cuisine. Visit the new store in Hounslow to discover the flavour revolution first-hand.
