Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher seems to have finally reached her breaking point with Stew Danni Warren. Daisy, long time BDSY veteran and newcomer Danni have been fighting since the beginning of the year Sailboat below deck season 5. Although Daisy is often praised for being a fair and competent leader, Danni objects to Daisy’s boundaries and undermines her control indoors.

Danni wasted no time on Parsifal III and quickly dived into the boat queue. She first flirted with Deckhand Keith Allen before moving on to First Officer Gary King. Danni has now ended up with Deckhand Chase Lemacks, neglecting her work while betraying fellow Stew Diana Cruz. Daisy’s frustration at Dan’s declining performance escalated, and they began a war of accusations and criticism.

Latest episodes Sailboat below deck I have seen Daisy struggle to meet the expectations of guests and her team. A group of disgruntled charter guests left Stews to binge, which Danni blamed on Daisy’s disorganization. Adding to the excitement, the visitors told captain Glenn Shephard that they were unimpressed with the home team. While Daisy was recovering from the brutal charter, Danni continued to stress.

Danni confronted Daisy to voice her concerns and claimed to speak for Diana as well. She spoke of her displeasure with Daisy’s constant criticism and short temper, leading to a flashback where Daisy snaps at Danni for flirting with Chase instead of working.. Danni said that Daisy’s poor leadership made her lose motivation and even accused Daisy of not caring about her work. The conversation placed the blame solely on Daisy, who was already in a fragile state, yet another indication of Danni’s irresponsibility.

Daisy and Danni continued their conversation the next day to find a solution. Although Daisy assured Danni that she was a valued member of the crew, she did not take kindly to his accusations. She felt Danni was manipulating the situation by blaming Daisy for her own shortcomings, which undermined Daisy’s authority. Daisy reiterated that Danni is responsible for her own performance and it is not Daisy’s responsibility to motivate her.

Danni’s manipulation was also evident when she filled Diana in on the conversation. Diana didn’t agree that Daisy was lazy. Danni used her to back up her arguments, even though Diana actually had a lot of respect for Daisy. Diana suggested that Danni’s resentment was because she wanted to get a man instead of focusing on her work.

Daisy & Danni made amends, but will it last?

Daisy and Danni’s conversation was fruitful, and Danni ended up apologizing. They had returned on good terms, but it is doubtful that their truce would last. Danni knows that Daisy can take away luxuries like access to the guest cabin to meet with Chase. Dan’s apology isn’t a sign that he’s changed his mindset, but rather a sign of his willingness to swallow his pride for a fleeting boat ride.

With only a few charters left, Daisy and Danni can comfortably play long enough to make it through the season. But Dan’s confession after his conversation with Daisy showed that he still held a grudge when he suggested that Daisy saw him “a threat to his position.” Dan’s continued disrespect for authority is not to be tolerated, and if he continues to antagonize Daisy, his time on Parsifal III may come to an end before Sailboat below deck the season is coming to an end.
