The Affordable Art Fair has become a highlight of north London’s cultural calendar and this year returns to its usual spot on the Lower Fairground from 6-10 May.
Once again, the popular summer lates will see evening visitors browsing the 1,000 artworks on show with DJs and complimentary drinks on offer.
They can also grab a cocktail in the Heath’s only rooftop bar The Treetop Terrace and watch the sunset over Hampstead – or take part in an artist-led creative workshop.
New for this year is ‘Ceramics Unbound’ – a showcase curated by artist Caroline Jackman celebrating the booming popularity of contemporary ceramic art.
The spotlight will fall on the fair’s ‘campaign’ artist, ceramicist Sara Dodd, and her beautifully delicate porcelain pieces inspired by the soft hues of the sky.
The ‘Paint your own masterpiece’ will also return with outdoor painting classes enabling students to capture the stunning landscape of the Heath.
There will also be plenty for young art lovers, with the Family Mornings running from 10-12pm on Saturday and Sunday including an art treasure hunt, face-painting, and the Kid’s Creative Corner where they can make their own artwork.
More than 100 UK and international galleries will bring a burst of colour and creativity to north London, showcasing artworks from emerging talents and well-known names, with prices starting at just £100.
British and international artists, with galleries from the UK, China, US, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, South Korea, Italy, Peru, Malaysia, South Africa will show work in all mediums from sculpture and photography to paintings and prints.

The Affordable Art Fair runs from May 6-10 2026 at the Lower Fairground Site on Hampstead Heath.
