There’s something almost magical about a bank holiday weekend. That extra day off gives Londoners the perfect chance to unwind and relax, or go all out with 24 more hours of activities, socialising, and partying. But you know what else is magical? Free drinks! And this weekend, the twain shall meet, as a bar in Clapham is doling out 1,000 free pints to bank holiday revellers.

Clapham’s Venn Street Records is keeping the good vibes flowing pouring from Friday to Monday. Each day, from May 23-26they’ll be giving out 250 free pints of Camden Hells from open until close – or they run out of free pints. That totals a whopping 1,000 free pints that they’re giving away.

The bar is celebrating the arrival of draught beer at the venue, and what better way to celebrate than giving it all away? It’s the perfect excuse to enjoy some (fingers crossed) bank holiday sunshine with your friends – and the first round is covered!

How to get free pints

To secure yourself a free pint, all you need to do is grab a ticket for the day you want to visit. The free pints are restricted to one per personacross the four-day giveaway. So, unfortunately, you can’t just turn up every day and enjoy endless free pints.

Tickets are available here.

Said Tom Jackman, of Records Bars:

“Bank holidays are a thing of legend in London. Sunshine, Commons and Camden Hells. Nothing comes close.

“As the last spring bank holiday rolls in and the weather hots up, giving away 1000 free pints is the least we can do to help fans relax in style. Drink up London!”

Grab your ticket here to be sure you don’t miss out on the free pints giveaway.

🕰️ Venn Street Records will open at 5pm on Friday, 4:30pm on Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday & Monday.

📍 Venn Street Records, 78 Venn Street, SW4 OBD. The nearest station is Clapham Common.
