Sloane Stanley Estate has announced that Italian street food concept Dez Amore has opened its first restaurant in a 1,178 sq m space at 273 Fulham Road, a stone’s throw from ethical coffee shop Kiss The Hippo and Claude Bos’ French neighborhood restaurant. Josephine.
The new site is Dez Amore’s first stand-alone restaurant space, specializing in traditional Italian cuisine with a unique and contemporary twist, and follows the brand’s success in a number of market-led locations including Camden, Mercato Mayfair and Boxpark. Dez Amore’s menu includes a selection of pasta, pizza, burgers and antipasti, as well as desserts such as chocolate and pistachio cheesecake. Designed by Timothee Studio, the space evokes a cozy, rustic and cheerful atmosphere, paying homage to founders Leonardo Masi and Simone Parentini’s traditional Italian roots.

The opening of Dez Amore joins a line-up of new F&B concepts set to join the Sloane Stanley estate in the coming months, cementing its status as a true Chelsea with a diverse mix of retail and restaurant offerings. Fantomas, a new concept behind George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilja Demichev, is due to open on the King’s Road later this summer, as is Alley Cats, a New York-style pizzeria that will open its second location in London at the start of the year. in August, further reinforcing Sloane Stanley’s diverse neighborhood appeal.
