Maria Georgas meets the villain of this Bachelor season 28 again for a surprising reason

Love Bachelor season 28 contestant Maria Georgas was targeted by the villain Sydney Gordon, but now she meets him again. Maria became a victim of Sydney’s anger when Sydney misinterpreted Maria’s comments about Madina Alam adopting her age because Maria disregarded Madina’s feelings. This culminated in Sydney going on a crusade to expose Maria as a bully to the other women and Joey Graziades, even though it wasn’t true. Their argument culminated in Joey sending Sydney home for a two-woman date. However, during the episode “The Women Tell All”, both women apologized and their animosity towards each other ended.

In the sender’s TikTok video Folk Vintage CoSydney Vintage Clothing Store in Rhode Island, Sydney said that Maria just texted her and she wanted to come to the store.

Sydney shared a screenshot of the text that read “So you’re hosting me at your vintage store or something. Vintage queen reunion.” Sydney’s response was: “Omg are you literally reading my mind.” One of Sydney’s coworkers then said that Maria is theirs “Y2K Vintage Betty,” and chose a vintage Betsey Johnson outfit for her with roses and kitten heels. He also said that Maria loves another look, so she chose a silk dress with Gucci heels.

Maria and Sydney’s relationship has developed

In the comment section of the post, Maria wrote, “I feel like seeing (heart eye emoji) I put them aside for mom.” Maria and Sydney have come such a long way since them bachelor holding grudges. Maria showed tremendous maturity when she forgave and hugged Sydney During the Women Tell All episode. At the time, it was unclear if they were just making amends for the show, but it seems they have truly become friends. This is great to see because Sydney’s bullying of Maria on the show was hard to watch.

Sydney’s revenge against Maria was so over the top that at times it seemed like she could have been a producer factory, added to the show for the sole reason of creating drama. His responses to Maria were so strange and they left Maria confused as to why he was so angry with her. While Maria admitted she wasn’t completely innocent in the drama, Sydney took it to the next level. Hopefully Sydney’s new friendship with Maria is real and not just a way to promote her business.

However, if Maria and Sydney’s friendship is true, it calls for honesty Bachelor into question. While it makes sense that Maria would want to forgive Sydney after her apology, it seems strange that she would so quickly forget how badly she was treated. She was almost eliminated from the series by Sydney and her co-stars Lea Cayanan and Jess Edwards. It makes you wonder if the drama was created bachelor producers to spice up Joey’s otherwise tame season. Whatever the case, it’s good to see that Maria and Sydney are now friends.
