Celebrating both International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, Carnaby Street has partnered with Smart Works to bring an immersive charity shop to London’s most fashionable street for the majority of March.
Located at 57 Carnaby Street, the pop up is perfect for all your fashion needs, with clothing and products from an array of fashion, homeware, childrenswear, accessory, and beauty brands on offer. All of the procedes will be going to directly to Smart Works, making it a great option for some guilt-free shopping.
Who are Smart Works?
Smart Works is a charity that directly helps unemployed women find jobs, giving them the infrastructure needed to reach their full potential professionally.
Whether it’s providing them with high-quality clothing for interviews, or specific coaching and workshops, this wonderful charity has over eleven centres around the UK offering career guidance, interview prep, and access to their close-knit network of supporters.
Now empowering women across the country towards employment, the foundations of the charity started right here in the capital, with their story beginning in North London back in 2013. Since they, they have also started services in Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, and beyond.

The shop will be running on 57 Carnaby Street until the 24th of March. There will even be exclusive events, panel talks and workshops to coincide with this exciting, charitable shopping experience in Soho.
Participating brands include Frame, Lily & Lionel, Daisy Jewellery, Boden, Lisou, Heidi Rose, and so much more. Also, well-known personalities and celebrities such as Fearne Cotton, Dame Shirley Bassey, and Grayson Perry, have all donated pieces if you’re a fan looking to treat yourself.
In 2023, their pop ups raised over £150,000, directly supporting their important work. So, head on down to Carnaby Street and treat yourself to some treats, helping women across the UK find their place in the workplace.
