Exceptional school
The Oldham Academy North, which caters for pupils aged 11 to 16, is a secondary academy that provides an exceptional learning environment for all students. Its ethos is TEAM values: Trust, Endurance, Autonomy and Mastery as they help to make the school successful. The academy has high expectations of students and teachers.
The secondary school is one of 28 academies which form the prestigious E-ACT National Multi-Academy Trust, sharing knowledge and practices with other local E-ACT academies to help each other thrive and make things better for all of their children.
The learning environment
The Oldham Academy North students officially make more progress than students at any other comprehensive school in Oldham. The Class of 2023 achieved “well above average”.
The attendance of students at The Oldham Academy North continues to be above the national average and the Oldham average. The school also offers its students modern facilities and excellent pastoral care.
