A bar tab has been set up at The Oxford Arms in Camden High Street from 4pm on Thursday for fans to raise a toast to Tommy Shelby.

Flat caps are encouraged at Tom Maloney’s traditional Victorian boozer with the first through the door to utter the legendary phrase : “By order of the Peaky Blinders” claiming a free drink.

There is also limited edition merch and flat caps up for grabs with the bar decked out in 1940s style.

It’s all to celebrate the release of Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man on Netflix which sees the return of Cillian Murphy’s now iconic Birmingham gangster.

Directed by Tom Harper and written by Steven Knight, the new movie is set in a bombed 1940 Birmingham and sees Tommy return from exile to foil a dastardly Nazi plot – as well as battling the ghosts from his past.

Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Sophie Rundle, Barry Keoghan and Stephen Graham also star in the film which is riding high in the Netflix charts.

In previous series Tommy Shelby visited north London gangster Alfie Solomons (Tom Hardy) and the canals of Camden Town.

The Oxford Arms landlord Tom is pleased to be sharing a bit of “Peaky Blinders magic”.

“Our family has been pulling pints for the people of Camden since 1968,” he said.

“And we’re thrilled to bring our loyal locals an exciting taste of Peaky Blinders magic – and a few free drinks.

“Our original Victorian features fit the Peaky aesthetic perfectly, you could just imagine Tommy Shelby himself sitting down to enjoy a beer at The Oxford Arms.”

And the pub is making a night of it on Thursday with a football screening and live music.
