Thousands of demonstrators will be protesting against the far right in Trafalgar Square on Sat 28th March, including R3 Soundsystem’s House Against Hate collective. R3 Soundsystem is a consortium of DJs, musicians, artists, labels, producers, festivals, clubs and cultural organisations united by a rejection of right-wing hate, and it’s put together a line-up of artists and DJs to help soundtrack the protest. The likes of Shygirl, Hot Chip, Ben UFO, Benji B, Gideön, Jessie Ware, Yazmin Lacey, Daniel Avery, Horse Meat Disco, Katy B, A Guy Called Gerald, Norman Jay, DJ Paulette and more will all be there to tell the UK establishment to stop the hate.

As R3 Soundsystem founder and DJ Gideön said: “As the racist far-right ratchets up their anti-immigration, anti-trans, xenophobic rhetoric, the UK’s recent participation in Israel’s genocide in Gaza has galvanised our dance music community. On 28th March, we will gather in Trafalgar Square to recognise this and attempts to dismantle UK multiculturalism – we must urgently come together in resistance. Dance music has always soundtracked protest and activism. Now is the time to reboot this tradition and kick-start the revolution, united as one.”
