Empire Street Productions has announced that Romeo & Julietstarring Sadie Sink and Noah Jupe and directed by Robert Icke, will extend its run at the Harold Pinter Theatre by two weeks due to popular demand.
The strictly limited season will now run from 18 March to 20 June 2026. A press night is scheduled for 31 March 2026.

Sink plays Juliet opposite Jupe as Romeo, leading a cast that includes Jamie Ankrah, Dylan Corbett-Bader, Eden Epstein, Alex Felton, Clark Gregg, Ada Grey, Kasper Hilton-Hille, Aruna Jalloh, John Marquez, Caroline Moroney, Clare Perkins, David Shelley, Lewis Shepherd and Alexander Uzoka.
The creative team features set and costume designer Hildegard Bechtler, lighting designer Jon Clark, sound designer Giles Thomas, video designer Ash J Woodward, casting directors Julia Horan and Jim Carnahan, voice coaches Penny Dyer and Nick Trumble, fight director Kev McCurdy, movement director Polly Bennett, associate director Jack Bradfield and assistant director Neetu Singh.
Costume supervisor is Sabia Smith, with wigs, hair and make-up supervised by Alice Dawson Whale for Campbell Young Associates. The production team also includes props supervisor Lily Mollgaard, production managers Kate West and Charlotte Ranson, production dramatherapist Wabriya King and production physiotherapist Fabi Waisbort.
The production is presented by Empire Street Productions, whose recent credits include Prima Facie, A Complicated Woman, Elektra, Slave Play and The Pillowman. They have also announced a forthcoming revival of Sunday in the Park with George starring Jonathan Bailey and Ariana Grande at the Barbican in 2027.
Alongside the production, Empire Street Productions, ATG Entertainment Creative Learning and the Harold Pinter Theatre have launched Romeo & Juliet: The Star-Crossed Projects. The programme offers Key Stage 3 and 4 students access to performances, workshops and opportunities to present creative work onstage at the Harold Pinter on 4 and 5 June 2026.
