Removed Ellen Thinnesen and Colin Booth from the ‘National leaders of further education’ list.

Removed Paul Phillips (Weston College) and Kate Roe (Darlington College), as they have stepped down from their role.

How to apply to be a finance specialist for national leaders of further education (NLFE) added. Stockton Riverside College (Education Training collective) removed from the list of NLFEs.
