If you’re a self-professed tiramisu lover looking for a delicious treat, you’ll want to set aside an afternoon to drop by Mercato Mayfair in London next week, because a unique and very much indulgent tiramisu “confession box” is headed your way.

Playfully titled Tirami-sinthis special experience invites guests to ring the market’s “tiramisu bell” to summon the namesake dessert, enter the confession boxand enjoy the tiramisu in quiet reverence.

The surrounding stained glass windows, soaring vaulted ceilings, and centuries-old stonework of the Grade I-listed St Mark’s Church, which houses the beautiful Mercato Mayfair, add to the divine ambience. You’ve certainly never experienced tiramisu like this before.

The tiramisu itself, of course, promises to be quite the heavenly treat, made from the Mercato Mayfair owner’s treasured family recipe using beloved Italian Pavesini biscuits – a traditional yet lighter take on the classic dessert.

The “tiramisu bell” at Mercato Mayfair can be rung exclusively from Thursday to Sunday, between 4 and 6 pm, a two-hour ceremonial window called “The Service”. Tirami-sin launches next week with an irresistible opening special – free tiramisu on December 4 and 5accompanied by a live opera singer to further sweeten the deal.
