The Darkness performing live in 2025


The Darkness have announced a huge arena tour for the end of 2026, which will mark their biggest headline UK shows in 20 years. Coming just in time for Christmas – and so setting up for a performance of their song, Christmas Time (Don’t Let The Bell’s End) – next year, The Darkness will play The O2 in London on December 16, 2026.

Their tour is titled the ‘Band Of Brothers Arena Tour’and will also see The Darkness play shows in Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, and Brighton, with support from Brothers Osborne and A on all dates.

Announcing the news on their Instagram page, The Darkness said: “Powerful rock was designed to be played in huge rectangular buildings. Huge rectangular buildings were designed to house powerful rock bands. The Darkness are a powerful rock band and the arenas listed above are huge rectangular buildings. Except for the exception which proves the rule. Thank you O2 Arena…

“We’re excited to announce our 2026 arena tour where we will be joined by Brothers Obsorne and A – veritable Bands of Brothers! Rocking in a huge rectangular (or domed) building – what could be more powerful than that?”

It follows a huge summer show for The Darkness, who are one of the support acts on the bill for Iron Maiden’s huge show in Knebworth on July 11, 2026on a bill that also features The Hu, Airbourneand The Almighty.

How to get tickets to see The Darkness

The Darkness tickets go on general sale at the end of this week on Friday, November 28 at 10amand you’ll be able to find them on Ticketmaster. There will also be an artist pre-sale taking place on Wednesday, November 26 from 10am, and you can gain access by signing up to the band’s mailing list here. Separately, there will also be pre-sales taking place for the London show via Ticketmaster.

December 8 – Glasgow, OVO Hydro
December 9 – Leeds, First Direct Bank Arena
December 11 – Manchester, AO Arena
December 12 – Birmingham, Utilita Arena
December 13 – Cardiff, Utilita Arena
December 15 – Brighton, Brighton Centre
December 16 – London, The O2

Tickets to see The Darkness go on general sale this week on Friday, November 28 at 10am, and you can find them here. There is also a pre-sale set to take place, which you can find information on above.
