A hot collab is winging its way to a London tattoo studio this week in partnership with Dave’s Hot Chicken. A tattoo artist to the stars has teamed up with the spicy fried chicken vendor to give away free tattoos and ultra-spicy chicken. Certified Letter Boywho has tattooed the likes of David Beckham and Central Cee, will be welcoming visitors to his new Soho tattoo studio with free inking sessions and hot chicken served all day long.

The one-day-only giveaway will take over the Fine Line Hearts Club on May 31. They’ve designed limited-edition flash sheets exclusively for the event, drawing inspiration from Dave’s Hot Chicken’s ultra-spicy dishes. The red-hot tats range from ‘Reaper’ flames to spicy chillis, and more, and will be available on a first-come, first-served inked basis.

This is a rare chance to get a free tattoo from a legend in the industry. Certified Letter Boy’s tattoos usually start at a minimum price of £1,000.

How to get a free tattoo

The free tattooing will start at 11am at the Fine Line Hearst Club tattoo studio. There are no bookings available for those after free tattoos, so you’ll want to turn up early to be in with a chance.

To nab a free tat, you’ll need to show them the Dave’s Hot Chicken loyalty app. So make sure you’ve downloaded it ahead of time and come prepared. You can choose from the Dave’s-inspired flash sheets, or you can go rogue and opt for a tattoo of your own choice.

Free fried chicken

Alongside the free inking sessions, Dave’s Hot Chicken will be keeping waiting fans fed with plenty of free food. They’ll be “serving hot chicken to everyone in line, turning the Soho sidewalk into a full-on flavour pavement party.”

But that’s not all. They’re also offering the chance for ten fans to win free hot chicken for a year. The first ten people to get an ‘I ❤️ D.H.C’ tattoo will be able to claim free Dave’s for a year. So – if you get a free tattoo, you’ll be fed free chicken, and you’ll have an almost never-ending supply of hot chicken to boot!

The Dave’s Hot Chicken takeover of Fine Line Hearts Club will take place on Saturday, May 31, from 11am until late.

📍 52 Berwick Street, Soho, W1F 8SL. The nearest station is Oxford Circus.
