You won’t want to be Missing this one. Earlier this month, legendary duo Everything But The Girl returned for their first gigs in 25 years with an intimate pair of shows at Hackney’s Moth Club. If you’re still hurting from not getting tickets, or want to live it all over again, you can now catch them playing the same venue three times more this summer.

Ben Watt and Tracey Thorn will take to the London stage once again on June 8, 9 & 10 for a trio of intimate shows that, if the first two are anything to go by, will sell out in a flash. Each show will be comprised of two sets (one acoustic, one electronic) with an interval in between.

Speaking via their Instagram page, the band wrote: “After two instant sell-outs in April, we’re returning to the MOTH Club in Hackney for THREE more intimate shows on SUN JUNE 8, MON JUNE 9 and TUE JUNE 10. We’ll perform again as a part-acoustic part-electronic duo accompanied by Rex Horan (double bass) and Family Stereo’s Blake Watt (guitar, vocals), playing songs from our 40-year careers as both a duo and solo artists.

“The evening will consist of two sets and an interval. We will be on stage at 8pm. There is no support. The venue will be mostly seated with some additional standing. Seats allocated on first come first served basis. Doors 7pm.”

The shows this month marked their first since 2000, and came after the release of their 2023 comeback album Fusewhich was their first record since Temperamental in 1999.
