Club Mexicana and Gaucho are part of 13 food and drink merchants set to join Boxhall City on Liverpool, London, when it is opened next month.
Gaucho introduces a new concept, Gaucho Go, who serves his signature steak and chips, hamburgers and new foods, including a twist to classic hot dog.
Known for his container container concept, Boxpark first announced his sister brand debut at the beginning of 2022, originally aiming for the summer 2023.
Boxhall City was described as a dining destination for all day, including food, drinks and music in the Arcade area of Edwardia Metropolitan, a historic gate to Liverpool Street.
Boxhall City is now expected to open on 10 April.
Other merchants include independent bakery Sourdough Sophia (pictured), hamburger experts Burger & Beyond, Japanese Latin Fusion Restaurant Nivito, Little Bao Boy, Singapore’s dining room Old Chang Kee, Sushi Bar Inamo Sukoshi, Dessert Spot SOC COFE.
The roof beam is expected to open at the scene later this year.
Matt Snell, who was appointed CEO of Boxpark earlier this month, said, “This blend of food and drinking brands, chefs led by the kitchen and inheritance have led to the creation of an exciting new object, unlike what we have done before.”
Last year, Boxpark released two new sites in Liverpool and Camden and secured a lease for the flagship -Horeditch location.
