In honour of International Women’s Month, the PAUSE team proudly introduced the EveryWoman campaign at their Press and Influencer launch on  Wednesday 5th March at the Home House Members Club.

A powerful tribute to the strength, resilience, and determination within every woman who navigate the complexities of daily life, facing challenges such as menstruation, menopause, hormonal changes, illness, caregiving, and the ever-demanding work-life balance. As masters of multitasking, women embody true heroism in countless ways.

To amplify this message, PAUSE Live are taking the #IamEveryWoman campaign underground—literally. Keep an eye out as they hit the London Underground with bold, unmissable ads, spreading awareness and empowering women at every stop. From menstruation to menopause, PAUSE Live is ensuring that every woman’s journey is seen, heard, and supported.

EveryWoman Takes on the World

To bring the EveryWoman Superhero to life, PAUSE Live are designing a one-of-a-kind EveryWoman costume, symbolising the power and resilience of women everywhere. Our superhero will travel to iconic landmarks across the world, from the Empire State Building to the London Eye, raising awareness and inspiring women globally. This bold initiative is more than just a campaign—it’s a movement to show that we are all EveryWoman. Follow her journey and be part of the story as PAUSE Live take EveryWoman worldwide. Influencers and advocates can also get in touch with the team to rent the outfit themselves – because as in the wise words of Chaka Khan “I’m every woman!”.

About PAUSE Live

PAUSE Live is the UK’s leading menopause event, is back, offering an empowering day filled with wisdom, laughter, expert insights, and practical tools to help attendees regain their confidence. This highly anticipated event features an exciting lineup of activities and inspiring talks designed to support and educate individuals navigating menopause.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with multiple stages, including the Live Stage, where celebrity guests, comedians, and real-life stories take centre stage, and the Educational Stage, where experts provide invaluable advice on managing menopause symptoms from head to toe.

The event also showcases over 70 cutting-edge brands in the Exhibitor Showcase, offering the latest solutions for symptom relief. In addition, attendees can participate in free workshops covering crucial topics such as Menopause and Cancer, PMDD, Endometriosis, and POI.

Beyond education and expert insights, PAUSE Live fosters a sense of belonging through the PAUSE Live Community, providing attendees with a supportive network to share experiences and find solidarity.

“We are thrilled to bring PAUSE Live back, creating a space where individuals can feel heard, supported, and empowered,” said Charlotte Body, Founder of PAUSE Live. “Menopause is a journey that should be navigated with knowledge, confidence, and community, and this event delivers just that.”

Join the movement. Be part of the change.
