Lyle’s in Shoreditch has officially been crowned the most in-demand Michelin-starred restaurant in Europeaccording to a recent study by The Luxury Travel Book.

That’s right, the minimalist yet sleek hotspot has come out on top, based on insightful Google search data. The study reveals Lyle’s receives a whopping 90,500 searches per monthwhich is more than any other Michelin-starred restaurant across the entire continent.
Perched inside an old tea warehouse, Lyle’s is all about understated excellence with a no fuss, nor frills ethos—just seasonal British ingredients turned into seriously elegant, flavour-packed dishes.
Led by chef James Low, the restaurant has been a staple in London’s fine dining scene since opening in 2014nabbing its Michelin star only one year later.
The menu changes daily, keeping things fresh, exciting, and wonderfully unpredictable. From hand-dived scallops to succulent mutton, or the silkiest chocolate tart you’ll ever taste, every dish is a masterclass in British cooking.
It’s also extremely difficult to book a table, especially last minute, so the fact that this is the most searched Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe makes perfect sense.
The restaurant is also home to one of the coolest events in the capital, The Guest Serieswhich features a rotating lineup of international chefs who come to Shorditch and cook alongside with Lowe and his team.
