From Meri Brown Sister wives recently discussed her taste in men and subtly criticized Kody Brown’s physical appearance. She was married to the polygamist patriarch Kody for over 30 years and sacrificed a lot for him despite constant insults. In 2022, Meri ended her relationship with Kody, leaving him with his only wife, Robyn Brown. He started rebuilding his life and looking for new passions. By January 2025 Meri announced that she wanted to remarry but stated that he wouldn’t let Kody walk him down the aisle. He declined Kody’s request, saying it wouldn’t be appropriate for him to do so.

In recent years, Meri has turned into a brave and courageous woman who is not afraid to speak the truth.

Recently he appeared in an interview Parade magazinewhere she discussed her dream man, indirectly poking fun at Kody’s appearance. The interviewer asked Meri “that kind of guy” he searched. Meri replied: “someone who is independent, someone who can treat me with kindness, honesty and respect, who can meet my energy.” He mentioned that too he prefers “tall man” meaning that Kody did not meet these criteria. While Meri didn’t directly mock Kody’s looks, it seemed like she hinted that she no longer wanted a shorter man.

It’s impressive to watch Meri finally expressed her preferences instead of sacrificing her needs to another man. The Sister wives the actress spent thirty years of her life building a polygamous paradise with her ex-husband Kody. He did everything she asked, including allowing him to invite other women into his family so he could have children with them. Meri even divorced Kody and allowed him to legally marry his fourth wife, Robyn, and adopt her children from a previous marriage. Unfortunately, in return, he never received the love and respect he deserved for all his sacrifices.

Meri’s recent preference for men shows that she has undergone a significant transformation. He is no longer willing to waste his time on an unhealthy relationship. Instead, the single mother wants to create a life someone who complements her height is caring and matches her energy. Meri’s recent statement confirms that she is not desperate to rush into a new relationship. The Sister wives the star has other priorities, such as her business and her dog Zona. That’s why he probably takes time to find the perfect soul mate.

It’s understandable that Meri criticizes Kody because he has treated her badly in the past. Over the years, the polygamous patriarch has played down his other wives and favored his fourth wife, Robyn. Kody has also made derogatory comments about Meri, Janelle and Christine’s performance and has shown disrespect through his actions. Home even suggested to Mer that she should move into his barn, implying that he saw her as less of a person.
