A magic mirror on the wall may not be able to tell us which Michelin-starred restaurant is the most beautiful of all. But The Luxury Travel Book sure can. And we’re pretty delighted with their answer, to be honest with you.
With Google searches for fine dining soaring by 49% in the past year, the luxury travel agent decided to do some digging. They analysed the social media data from 100 Michelin-starred restaurants across the world, essentially holding a beauty pageant to pinpoint which of them is the most gorgeous dining destination of all. And taking home the trophy as the most beautiful Michelin-starred restaurant in the world is London’s beloved Sketch.

Blurring the line between restaurant and art-gallery, Sketch has become renowned for its artsy, avant-garde decordelicious food, and impeccable service. Oh, and for having the most aesthetically pleasing toilets in town, of course. With a rather hefty 95,000 Instagram posts under the hashtag #SketchLondon, the much-loved Mayfair spot seems to be as popular as ever, attracting customers from across the globe with its three shiny Michelin stars.
Sketch wasn’t the only restaurant in the capital city to make the top 10, though. Squeezing into joint tenth place was Dinner by Hestona London eatery celebrated for its innovative takes on classic British grub. With 23,500 Instagram posts under the hashtag #DinnerbyHeston, the theatrical spot continues to be a firm favourite on the global fine dining scene.
