90 day fiance star David Toborowsky seems to have left America for good with his pregnant wife Annie Suwan, and it looks like it like the worst decision he could have made in the midst of their baby’s arrival. David and Annie were never considered popular 90 day fiance couple during their Season 5 debut. The 24-year age difference between David and Annie was just one of the reasons why viewers hated David. They also didn’t like how David had decided to start over by becoming an absentee father to his children from his first marriage and turning all his attention to his younger wife.

David’s relationship with the family he abandoned has now improved. His recent performances Pillow talk Together with Annie, they have helped to improve David’s image. David and Annie also seem to be genuinely in love and happy with each other. David may have been in a dark place during his time in Thailand before meeting Annie, but he managed to clean up his act. David somehow owes everything to Annie’s liking. It could be why David will do anything to keep Annie happy and make sure she has a comfortable pregnancy.

David renounces his homeland

David’s move to Thailand seems to be permanent

In November 2024, the pregnancy was challenging for Annie, who had survived back pain and the recent loss of her grandmother. In the midst of all this, David dropped news that he was on his way to Thailand. He didn’t go alone though – Annie was with him. David posted a picture of himself for his visa application, showing that he was preparing for the trip. A confused fan asked why Annie gave birth to the baby in Thailand, to which David replied: “His family is there.”

David assured yet another fan that having a baby in Thailand would be “very safe.” When another fan expressed concern about the effect of giving birth in Thailand on Annie’s citizenship, David clarified that their daughter would be a “dual citizen.” However, David put Annie’s feelings first when talking about this important decision. It didn’t seem like David had considered what it meant to leave America, especially considering the lifestyle he was used to living with Annie.

David is 56 years old and has his own list of health problems. David suffered a stroke even before his debut. He hasn’t talked about his health now, but losing weight helped David take control of his health. David lost about 70 kilos in the last few years after realizing that he was tired while climbing a mountain in Thailand. As he gets older, David may want to avoid major changes, such as moving to another country, and prioritize familiarity and stability over trying new environments. Being in a familiar environment with memories can provide a sense of security and well-being.

David may miss the comforts of home

David owns a posh property in Scottsdale

David and Annie’s financial situation has improved considerably in recent years, but the move can be expensive and not necessarily financially viable, especially with the additional costs of raising a baby. While Annie has a successful Cameo and fashion business, David seems to be the one bearing the brunt of the expenses in the household. David recently invested in a $500,000 property in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was a huge upgrade from the storage unit they had to live in while married. David had chosen Thailand over them four bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhomee.

David and Annie have a few homes in Thailand, and Annie owns two apartments of her own, one of which is near the beach. It might have been resourceful enough that the couple considered giving up their lives in America. However, David recently bought Annie a new car as a push Gift and even started working at a real estate company. It shows David is the one who has made more sacrifices which might be worth it in the end, though for now they make David look hasty.

David decided to expand his career by becoming a licensed real estate agent in May 2024 in an effort to diversify his income. It hasn’t even been a year, so it might not be a good idea for him to move, even if he could work remotely. David was seen trying sells one of his properties to Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh on 90 day fiance so he could also have experience in the Thai real estate market. However, will it be able to provide the same income and comfort as his job in the US?
