From Annie Suwan 90 day fiance is proud to share the stunning views from his seaside apartment in Thailand. She married David Toborowsky in 2017, and in early 2024, the couple decided to start a family. Since David had had a vasectomy, Annie opted for IVF treatment, which eventually resulted in her becoming pregnant. In July 2024, the couple announced their first pregnancy. A few months later they confirmed she’s having a baby girl. David and Annie have since moved to Thailand, Annie’s home country, where they plan to give birth to their daughter so she can obtain dual citizenship.
In early December 2024, David and Annie arrived in Thailand, and over the next few weeks they shared how affordable the country is. Annie, who is currently seven months pregnant, recently posted some stunning photos of her apartment in Thailand.
The pictures showed a breathtaking view of the beach, Annie enjoying the evening with a salad and outside the building where his apartment is located. He shot the pictures, “enjoy the evening a beautiful view and yummy salad for $6 on the beach front of my apartment.“When an Instagram user, @graciefasanokelleycomment, “Both of you should definitely buy an apartment to live in for (6) months of the year.” Annie replied that she already has two apartments in her home country.
Annie added, “one to live in and one to rent.”

Annie is deeply connected to her Thai heritage, which is likely one of the reasons she chose her daughter to go to Thailand to secure her Thai citizenship. Although he had to move to the United States to pursue his American dream, Annie is still immensely proud of her cultural background and has extensively documented the most important moments of his life in Thailand. Over the past few years, he has been working hard in the US and making investments in Thailand. Now he enjoys the fruits of his labor with a wonderful beach view from his house.

It’s amazing to see Annie finally enjoys moments of joy after experiencing a challenging pregnancy. In recent months, he has been complaining of back pain, heartburn and mood swings. Annie has also had to deal with the heartbreaking news of her grandmother’s death when she was five months pregnant. Recently, her doctor advised her to monitor her glucose level because she may develop diabetes. Annie struggled in the early months of her pregnancy in the US, but now that she is closer to her family in Thailand, she seems to be doing well.

Although David and Annie plan to return to the United States, their luxurious life and new happiness in Thailand may cause them to postpone their plans.
The couple owns a beautiful beachfront property in Thailand and enjoys wonderful weather all year round. They often mention how affordable Thailand is they may decide to stay longer, possibly until their daughter turns one. They may provide an update on their return after March 2025, which is Annie’s due date. The 90 day fiance the pair will likely return in the summer of 2025.
