Below Deck Down Under The original cast, which included Captain Jason Chambers and Chief Stew Aesha Scott, brought together a franchise favorite couple in Jason and Aesha. Although Captain Jason has been the leader for a long time Under the deck, below, viewers are excited to see him in a whole new element this season. With almost 25 years in the sailing industry, Captain Jason knows exactly what he’s doing and expects his crew to be able to work well with each other and their charter guests. With a completely new crew Captain Jason may need to adjust his expectations a bitbut he will certainly continue to be the charming, bubbly Captain that viewers have loved throughout his run.
Tzarina Mace-Ralph

Like a chef from Below decks season 2, Tzarina Mace-Ralph is one of the few cast members returning to the series from last season. Tzarina has about five years in the sailing industry Bravo, although the show’s final season would allow him to be a super yacht chef for much longer than just five years. Although Tzarina is one of the more relaxed parts Below decks crewhis passion is undeniable in the kitchen. He serves amazing meals while showing his sense of humor.
Wihan Du Toit

A new crew member for the superyacht crew Below decks season 3, Wihan Du Toit is from Paarl, South Africa. Wihan, who has worked in the sailing industry for about a decade, is expected as a Bosun to know all things related to the appearance of the ship. Working closely with Captain Jason to ensure the charters run smoothly, Wihan is an important part of the crew as the charter season continues. Leads cover hands, Wihan needs to show off his leadership skillsalso.
Lara Rigby

As the head of the interior design department Below decks season 3 main stew Lara Rigby knows she has incredibly big shoes to fill this season. Replacing Aesha will not be an easy task, but Lara’s experience in the sailing industry beats Aesha by a few years. Having worked in the industry for 14 years, Lara knows her way around a superyacht and has previous experience leading the interior design team, which bodes well for her as the new Chief Stew. Originally from England, Lara’s British sensibilities should help her navigate a potentially difficult charter season.
Anthony Bird
Sous chef
Although not many Below decks seasons have had one before, Under the cover Under in season 3 there is a sous-chef who helps Chef Tzarina throughout the order season. Chef Anthony Bird joins the crew as Chef Tzarina’s assistant and hopefully learns how to work on a superyacht. Anthony has 5 years in the sailing business and his skills are tested throughout the charter season, but he must be hopeful that he will build a good relationship with both of them Below decks season 3 crew and the cook Tzarina while she was on board.
Harry Van Vliet

Worked hard at Northern Sun during Below decks season 2, Harry knows how chaotic Below decks superyachts can get. Hailing from Athens, Greece, the deckhand will be able to bring a different kind of flare to the outside team and hopefully not cause much drama.
Adair Werley

As the only female crew chief with only two years of experience, it is likely that Adair will have to work much harder than she Below decks colleagues to receive the same sense of respect, but he seems willing to do what it takes to succeed. Originally from Georgia, Adair looks like he has the understanding to get ready for the charterand hopefully it will be a great asset to the crew.
Brianna Duffield

One of the superyacht stews, Brianna Duffield is coming Below decks with only two years of experience in the boating industry. Working under Chief Stew Lara, Brianna does her best to serve guests as needed and keep the ship in order. While Brianna, who hails from a small town in southern New Jersey, is definitely way out of her comfort zone, she’s certainly hopeful that she can be successful in her own time. Below decks so he can return to the crew next season.
Marina Marcondes de Barros

Like another stew for a ride Below decks season 3 superyacht, Marina Marcondes de Barros hopes to become a great asset to the inner team. Working alongside Brianna and under Chief Stew Lara, Marina does her best to provide excellent service guests and ensure that the superyacht is kept in good condition from charter to charter. With 4 years of experience in the boating industry, Marina should be one of the most capable members Below decks season 3 crew.
