After hearing her voice on the phone, he tries to believe her excuses, but deep down, he knows what it’s all about. However, he is not ready to leave yet. The trauma of losing him crushed her. He needs more time to accept what is happening. In the video, Kourtney is still so in love with Scott that she forgives him. It’s sad to see such a beautiful and loyal woman go through this. Scott was in no way worthy of such love. Thankfully, Kourtney eventually realized this.
There are clean breaks and then there is “death by a thousand cuts”. Scott emotionally crushed Kourtney a million times over unless there was nothing left to destroy. It was a blessing though, as it opened a portal to a whole new world where Kourtney at least had a chance to make her dreams come true.
With Scott, there was always disappointment and settling for a love that was nowhere near the ideal he had in mind. So what was the point? Leaving was the right thing to do and Kourtney didn’t spend all her time looking back and feeling bitter.

Now Mason lives with Scott. Maybe it won’t bother Kourtney too much – maybe she trusts Scott to take care of their child. Mason is now 14 and he is changing. Either parent can provide the love they need. However, Scott may have posted a picture of him and Scott on Instagram, although Mason wants privacy to send Kourtney a message. Maybe he wants to show her how happy they all can be as a family.
Scott has three kids with Kourtney – it wouldn’t be at all surprising if he dreams of being married to Kourtney and living with her and all the kids. It’s just human nature. If Kourtney isn’t happy with Mason living with Scott, it could cause problems in her once perfect marriage with Travis. It’s a big change with some kind of impact. Scott may wish that Kourtney and Travis broke up, even though they have a new baby boy, Rocky Barker.
