The Board of Revolution Bars Group plc, a leading operator of more than 60 premium pubs and bars trading mainly under the Revolución de Cuba, Revolution and Peach Pub brands, has announced plans to change the company’s name to better reflect its current make-up and identity. from the group.
The board is pleased to announce that the group’s name has officially changed to ‘The Revel Collective Oyj’. Also, its TIDM (Ticker Symbol) will change to ‘TRC’ from today (October 14).
With the name change, the group’s website, which contains the information required by AIM Rule 26, will be updated to www.therevelcollective.com. A new announcement will be published when the update is complete.
Trading of the Group’s shares under the new trading name The Revel Collective Plc came into force on Friday 11 October at 8:00 AM and the new TIDM “TRC” came into force today at 8:00 AM (Monday 14 October 2024). The company’s ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
The name change will not affect the shareholders, and the existing share certificates should be kept, as they will remain valid. All new share certificates reflect the new name The Revel Collective Plc.
