Following the success of its brunch menu, which launched in autumn last year, Zouk Tea Bar & Grill has extended its offering with a number of new dishes, including a range of new pastries and breakfast classics with a spicy Zouk twist.
Available Monday to Saturday from 8am-3pm, and Sunday 8am-12pm, Zouk’s new brunch menu includes a range of sweet treats including pastries, French toast, crepes and waffles, as well as savoury delights such as shakshuka, eggs benedict, and a halal full English.
Try new savoury delights
With its new amazing value breakfast packages, customers can now order any of Zouk’s classic egg or eggs benedict dishes and receive a complimentary bread basket, small freshly-squeezed orange juice and a hot drink, such as tea or coffee.
For those who like a little bit of spice, Zouk has added shakshuka to its classic eggs menu, along with its keema anda bhurji, made up of pan-fried spiced lamb keema topped with Indian scrambled eggs. Zouk’s baked eggs makhani – oven-baked eggs in a creamy blend of tomatoes, chilli and aromatic spices – also offers a flavourful alternative to the more classic breakfast options.
Or for a family breakfast or brunch outing, Zouk offers a kids’ combo, including a plain omelette, scrambled or fried eggs, chicken sausage, hash browns, toast, a choice of side and a small fresh juice.
But if you don’t have time to sit in and are eating on the go, don’t worry as there’s plenty for you too. Zouk has introduced a range of convenient but still moreish sandwiches, all created on sourdough or brioche buns, with a complimentary side of hash browns.
Choose from a spicy sandwich filled with mushrooms, smoked salmon and avocado; scrambled egg with sausages and crispy turkey rashers; or grilled halloumi and pesto. Or if you’ve always wanted to try Zouk’s popular anda bhurji, these now come in buns too!
Plenty of sweet treats
In the mood for something sweet? Zouk has a fantastic new selection of pastries on its brunch menu, including croissants, pasties and Danish pastries, which are especially perfect if you’re in a rush and need a quick sugar fix.
Or why not opt for one of Zouk’s new mouthwatering crepes? Guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth, enjoy freshly-made crepes with a range of fillings, as well as French toast, waffles, or fully American style pancakes with chocolate sauce, berries and maple syrup if you really want to go the whole hog.
Wash it down with a drink
Finally, Zouk’s extensive brunch menu is complemented by a wide range of hot and cold drinks including teas, coffees, milkshakes and smoothies.
Delicious new drinks on offer include pistachio, turmeric and matcha lattes, a dirty chai, and Zouk’s unique show-stopping 24-carat gold cappuccino.
