What games are leaving Xbox Game Pass?
While many games are added, some are being removed as of 15th January. The full list can be found below:
- Garden Story
- MotoGP 22
- Persona 3 Portable
- Persona 4 Golden
Also, on 5th January, GTA 5 will be removed from Game Pass for cloud and console.
What happened to Xbox Games with Gold?
Xbox Live Gold was discontinued on 1st September 2023, and those who kept their subscription will have been automatically swapped over to the new Xbox Game Pass Core tier.
This change-up removes the two free monthly games and replaces them with a library of around 30 titles – including Halo 5: Guardians, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and Forza Horizon 4, to name a few.
Xbox Game Pass Core subscribers will still be able to access online, as well as certain deals and discounts.
Microsoft plans to update the Game Pass Core library two to three times a year, and in December 2023 added Chivalry 2 (6th December) and Totally Reliable Delivery Service (6th December) to the service.
