AngloThai x Tonkotsu’s Thai Curry Tonkotsu
Tonkotsu are celebrating turning the big 1-0 this summer and they’re marking the occasion by teaming up with AngloThai for a spesh collab ramen. The Thai Curry Tonkotsu combines the bold Thai flavours that John Chantarasak has become known for with Ken Yamada’s signature dish – it’s got an 18-hour pork broth enriched with lardo and spicy Northern Thai curry paste, topped with thin-cut noodles, braised pork belly, pickled mustard greens, spring onion, coriander, seasoned egg, lime & a nest of fried noodles. It’s Thailand-meets-Japan in a bowl and you won’t wanna miss it.

Anya Cafe’s Chelsea Flower Show Iced Buns
Never one to miss out on a cute cake op, Anya Cafe is celebrating the return of the Chelsea Flower Show with these adorable, limited-edition, flower crown-adorned iced buns. You can get them as single buns or boxes of four, for eat-in or takeaway, but they’ll only be around for two weeks so don’t hang around.

Bone Daddies x Ivan Ramen’s Breakfast Mazemen
Bone Daddies have brought in a certified ramen legend for their next collab bowl – NYC’s own and Chef’s Table star Ivan Ramen. He’s bringing us his take on an all-day breakfast with his Breakfast Mazemen, a brothless ramen with rye noodles, cheddar dashi fondue, soy egg, pulled British ham hock, pickled bean sprouts, ao nori, pecorino & roasted tomato. Add an Asahi Super Dry on the side and slurp away.

Honest Burgers x Maker’s Mark Whisky’s BBQ Sriracha Burger
Honest Burgers’ May special is a BBQ Sriracha burger, using the eponymous sauce from Maker’s Mark Whisky. The burger comprises Honest’s classic beef patty, candied bacon, double American cheese, Maker’s Mark Bourbon BBQ Sriracha sauce, crispy onions, confit garlic mayo, lettuce and pickles, and is served alongside their signature rosemary chips. Double up your bourbon with the accompanying Bourbon Peach Iced tea spesh made with Maker’s Mark bourbon whisky in collab with Good One.

James Cochran x Black Bear Burger’s Scotch Bonnet Blue Burger
Chef James Cochran of 12:51 has joined forces with Black Bear Burger for the Scotch Bonnet Blue chicken burger. James’ legendary Scotch Bonnet Jam is combined with buttermilk fried chicken, a blue cheese sauce, smoked bacon, chicken skin crumb, pickles and lettuce to make this spicy one-off burger collab.

Stevie Parle is bringing the Slushy Series back to Pastaio and he’s kicking things off with a perfectly pink collab with Dalston florist My Lady Garden. Kai Kaimis from MLG has created a pink gin & raspberry sorbet slushy and Stevie has whipped up pink peppercorn caramelle – candy-striped, cacio e pepe-stuffed pasta parcels – to go with it.

Norman’s x Patty Burger
Burger meets brekkie in the latest special from Patty & Bun. They’ve collabed with North London caff Norman’s on the new burger, which features an aged beef patty, brown sauce, grilled onions, sliced Red Leicester cheese, hash brown and a Clarence Court egg stuffed into a potato bun. The burger is £12 and the pair are also doing a limited edition tee to honour the creation, with all profits from the sale of both going to Cook for Ukraine.

Francesco Mazzei x Franco Manca’s No. 8
Francesco Mazzei is no stranger to a pizza and now he’s doing one in collab with Franco Manca. Inspired by the colours of the Italian flag, his limited edition No.8 pizza features the signature Franco Manca sourdough base topped with British mozzarella, Colston Basset stilton, wilted spinach, roasted hazelnuts, honey and ndjua – an ingredient he popularised in the UK. Yeah you want a pizz’a this action.

Burger & Lobster x Max’s Sandwich Shop’s Lobster Rolls
Max Halley of Max’s Sandwich Shop knows his way around a sarnie and now he’s putting his own twist on Burger & Lobster’s lobster rolls, and not content with doing just one spesh roll, he’s created two. The first is a lobster cocktail roll, with Marie Rose sauce dressed lobster claw and knuckle meat stuffed into a brioche roll and topped with lettuce, avo, cucumber and crushed prawn cocktail crisps. The second is a fish & chip lobster roll, with lobster meat coated in tartare sauce inside the roll, finished with lime pickled onions, pea & mint puree, shredded lettuce, gherkins and salt & vinegar crisps. And if the crisp garnishes weren’t enough, both rolls are served with a side of fries.

Chin Chin’s Lemon Meringue Baked Alaska
They did a Christmas tree baked Alaska for the festive season and now Chin Chin are giving in a spring makeover and stuffing it inside a lemon. Taking inspo from a recent trip to Sicily, the Chin Chin crew have whipped up an Amalfi lemon sorbert, a biscuit crumble and a basil lemon curd and encased it in a sweet meringue, which has been blowtorched and studded with tutti frutti candies. Mamma mia.
