A weight loss hula hoop has been snapped up by Amazon shoppers for its fun twist on exercise. The K-MART Smart Hula Ring Hoop costs £27.30 at Amazon, but is even cheaper at Decathlon where it’s reduced from £59.99 to £19.
Unlike a classic hula hoop, the K-MART version is made of interlocking parts that can be removed or added to fit. It comes with a weighted ball attached to the bow with a string; instead of balancing the bow, the goal is to get the weight to spin around yourself.
The K-MART ring never slips down, making it ideal for beginners and eliminating the hassle of having to pause to pick up the ring again. It has 24 parts, called links, which are disassembled with a button.
The ASOS sale is the perfect place to find clothes to wear when working out. Their sportswear range includes a Puma sports bra down to £6 from £20 and Adidas leggings down to £12 from £38.
You can go as low as 15 links or as high as 24 depending on your waist measurement. On Amazon, the hula hoop has 4.3 stars from 12,951 reviews.
