WHEN Miley Cyrus sang that “we were right ’til we weren’t, built a home and watched it burn” in last year’s global hit Flowers she was mourning a lost love.
But those barbed lyrics - thought to be about ex Liam Hemsworth - also fit the feud that is rumoured to be tearing her family apart. Buckle up!
When Miley's dad Billy Ray Cyrus - of Achy Breaky Heart fame - split with mum Tish after 30-years together, Miley was devastated and held dad responsible.
Last August Tish, 56, married actor Dominic Purcell, 54, with Miley attending. One problem. It is claimed mum 'stole' him from Miley's sister Noah, 24.
Just two months later in October last year, dad Billy Ray, 62, married Australian singer Firerose, who at 34 is just three years older than Miley. Miley didn't attend.
Apart from backing mum over Purcell, the sisters fell out quite publicly when Miley described Noah's new record as “the most depressing EP you’ll ever listen to”.
At the heart of it all seems to be divisions & fall-outs from the Hannah Montana show which launched Miley. Miley said: "The damn show destroyed my family. I’d take it back in a second."
