Seven England stars who could still switch international allegiance before Euro 2024 including

Kobbie Mainoo

Gareth Southgate could be handed a major headache ahead of Euro 2024... and not just when trimming down his squad. At least seven top players could still desert him for another country, including several of the Prem's hottest youngsters...

Rising Man Utd midfielder Kobbie Mainoo is one such star who could switch from England with no issues. The 18-year-old is eligible to play for Ghana despite making his debut for the Three Lions in the friendly defeat to Brazil.

Fellow debutant Anthony Gordon, 23, could sensationally line up against England if he were to switch to Scotland before the Euros. Liverpool's Curtis Jones, who won the U21 Euros with Gordon, is also eligible for a switch to Nigeria.

Nottingham Forest ace Morgan Gibbs-White may be 24 but he could still play for Jamaica, despite a succesful career through all the age groups with England. Players can still switch if they haven't played more than three senior games by the age of 21.

Chelsea talisman Cole Palmer, 21, has two Three Lions appearances to his name and but is still another star with a looming threat switch due to his eligibility to play for Saint Kitts and Nevis through his father.

Tartan Army boss Steve Clarke is said to be keeping tabs on a number of stars, with Gordon joined by 18-year-old Leeds United prodigy Archie Gray.

Gordon's Newcastle team-mate and England youth star Elliot Anderson is another wanted north of the border. He has been called up by Scotland but had to pull out due to injury.
