Rolls-Royce unveils world’s most expensive car built for special client
with 3D headset & rotating cocktail table
ROLLS-Royce has unveiled the world's most expensive car built for a special client with 3D headsets and rotating cocktail tables.
Commissioned by a VIP customer, the two-seat roadster is priced at £25,000,000.
The world's most expensive car is named Arcadia after the mythical 'Heaven on Earth' of Ancient Greek mythology.
The identity of the customer who commissioned the car has not been revealed but Rolls Royce said the buyer is an international entrepreneur with homes around the globe.
Designers at the luxury car brand took inspiration from the customer's favourite places, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Britain and Vietnam.
Rolls said "other family members, notably the client's daughter, also become engaged with the design process".
The Roller is powered by a 6.6-litre twin turbo V12 engine with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. 0-60 is around five seconds with top speed limited to 155mph.
