Plans are underway to make Oman in the Middle East a top tourist destination.
Project Oman Vision hopes to draw 11 million tourists to the country in 2040.
New sites including the Jebel Akhdar Mountain or "The Green Mountain" - with an altitude of 2,400 metres - will be constructed to entice travellers.
Two-thousand hotel rooms will accommodate more than 2,300 overnight visitors and 2,000 tourists daily.
A new complex will feature a wellness centre, training centre, amphitheatre, museum, and cable car.
The Wadi Al Harbi Park will feature rock climbing and bungee jumping among other activities for guests.
Brits are currently able to stay in the Sultanate - which borders Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen - for up to 14 days without a visa.
