Construction on the world's first-ever floating city is underway in the Maldives with over 20,000 people expected to move into the seafront properties soon.
Five thousand houses are expected to hit the market in the coming months at just under £200,000 - almost a third of the price of an average London home.
After years of planning, the developers are now looking for a mixture of residents to be among the first to call the 500-acre Floating City home.
They want to appeal to "local fishing families who, for centuries, have called the area home" but also tourists looking for a constant view of paradise.
The city sits alone out in the Indian Ocean and the only way to access it is by a 15-minute boat journey from the capital Male.
Cars will be banned from the island and instead small boats will navigate its canals, while bikes and noise-free electric buggies will take to natural white sand roads.
One of the most fascinating design points - outside of the fact it floats - is the way the homes will be laid out to resemble intricate "brain coral".
