I won incredible £3m holiday villa and £250k for £75 thanks to chance encounter
Graham Dunlop, 52, won a Spanish holiday villa worth £3million thanks to a chance encounter.
Graham went to collect a battered leather chair he bought from a woman online - who said he could have it for free if he donated to Alzheimer's Research UK.
He made his donation but then decided to enter the Omaze prize draw after spotting it was supporting the charity.
Graham has now won the keys to a spectacular Spanish villa worth over £3million as well as £250,000 in cash - all thanks to the second-hand armchair.
His magnificent four-bedroom villa in Mallorca comes complete with swimming pool and stunning mountain views.
Graham's new home is located within walking distance of town Selva in Mallorca and is just a short flight away from a host of UK airports.
The bespoke design of the retreat celebrates traditional Spanish features such as stone walls and terracotta rooftops - while also encompassing a contemporary feel indoors - with bright open plan living areas.
