Ulrika Jonsson started her career as a weather presenter on TV-AM, but she soon hit the big time as the face of Gladiators.
As the BBC brings back the beloved format, the former face of the gameshow has reflected on her time hosting the hit programme.
In an exclusive sit down with The Sun, Ulrika, 56, made some stark revelations about when Gladiators first launched back in 1992.
The TV personality admitted that the gladiators were reprimanded by bosses due to their 'bed-hopping' in the hotel.
"During filming in Birmingham, they were all housed on one floor of the hotel we all lived in, and at the start of that first series there was a lot of bed-hopping.
She told The Sun:
"It was bad enough for the producer and director to give them a reprimand."
But Ulrika says the show was a great experience, adding:"It brought families together, in fact, the cast and crew became my family. You can’t say that about many shows."
