I BOUGHT A RUNDOWN BUNGALOW & FLIPPED IT

- now it’s a stunning 5-bed home worth double and people are amazed by inside

A man has shared how he transformed a crumbling, damp bungalow  in Prestatyn, North Wales, into a stunning five-bedroom home.

Paul Nicholson bought the three bed bungalow for £260,000 in March 2022. He said: "It was in a right state, everything had to be stripped back to brick."

He started work on the property straight away and secured planning permission to convert the loft into two bedrooms and a bathroom, and put an extension on the rear.

Paul has transformed the property from a three bed bungalow to a five bed house with a large kitchen diner and extra large detached garage.

His favourite room is the Wren High Gloss kitchen, which has quartz worktops and built in appliances.

For the property's flooring Paul chose 18mm thick limed oak.

Paul added two bathrooms but is not going to be living in the bungalow. It's on sale for £575,000 - more than double what he paid for it.
