Finsbury Park will come alive next July when two major rock bands announce concerts to be held there just days before the Wireless Festival rocks onto the lawn. Stereophonics and Fontaines DC will perform at Finsbury Park on July 4 and 5 respectively next year.

Stereophonics, one of Britain’s most enduring ’90s bands, have announced their biggest ever tour for the summer of 2025, entitled Stadium Anthems – a hit-and-miss retrospective of the band’s 25-year career, joined by special guest Blossoms. Tickets for the show at Finsbury Park on Friday 4th July start at £71.50 and will see the band perform hits from their extensive catalog including ‘Dakota’, ‘Have A Nice Day’, ‘Maybe Tomorrow’, ‘C’est La Vie ‘, ‘A Thousand Trees’, along with songs from a new studio album due in 2025.

Grammy-nominated Irish band Fontaines DC will play their biggest headline show to date, taking place on Saturday 5th July at Finsbury Park with tickets from £61.05. The massive outdoor gig will feature Australian rock band Amyl and the Sniffers and Belfast hip-hop trio Kneecap, with more acts to be announced.

Nearest subway stations and parking

There will be no available parking at Wireless in Finsbury Park, and several road closures will be in place. Seven Sisters Road, between Hornsey Road and Green Lanes, and Stroud Green Road, between Seven Sisters Road and Tollington/Upper Tollington Park, will be closed from 10pm to 11.30pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 9pm: 30 to 23.00 on Sunday. As a result, there will be no drop-off or pick-up locations near the festival.

Coaching services

Big Green Coach is the official travel partner for this year’s festival. They offer carbon neutral bus services from over 18 locations across the country. They will run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, providing direct transport to the park and back. Return tickets cost £48.
