USA was one of the biggest players during the Second World War, which contributed significantly to the allied success. While its agricultural sector was able to feed the military population, the manufacturing sector can generate large amounts of weapons and other supplies. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, the nation entered the war. About 16 million Americans served in the military throughout the conflict. They engaged in violation of Nazi -Germany, Italy and Japan in both Europe and Asia. The United States made a significant contribution to the war effort by delivering weapons and other supplies.
More than two -thirds of all allied aircraft throughout the war were built on the country’s factories. They had 1,200 naval vessels, including more than 100 carriers, and about 320,000 aircraft. The world’s most devastating force was once a very weak force that became stronger through time. Whether it used high explosives to destroy Panzer Lehr, destroy Tokyo by fire or destroy vital industrial infrastructure, it was a powerful force. Japan was only defeated thanks to the efforts from USA.
The two main axis powers were surpassed by them in all aspects of the war that had led to so many of their early victories over Germany and Japan (armed mobile warfare, close air support, air superiority, navy, submarine war and amphibian warfare). The Allied victory is largely attributed to progress in radar, anti-subsidy technology and anti-aircraft, especially the proximity securities. USA could produce tanks, aircraft and other military weapons in a record speed due to industrial mass production techniques. Japan, on the other hand, eventually left unconditionally as a result of its nuclear arsenal.
