Torinon Starino Vermouth, Spritz – “V & T”
Prescription:
-50 ml Cocchi Historical Vermouth of Torin
-100 ml tonic water
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into ice filled glass and decorate with rosemary
Back -to -back size – “passion punch”
Prescription:
-30ml rear coconut
-10ml Takamaka overloads
-30 ml of fresh lime juice
-10ml sugar syrup
-40ml passion fruit juice
Method:
Add all the ingredients to the ice -filled cocktail shaker and shake to the cold. Strain the flute and garnish with lime round.

Nikka Days Appleter Highball – “Ringo Cooler”
Prescription:
-50 ml Nikka -days
-100ml appleteriser, to the top
Method:
Just add the whiskey to the empty university glass, then a good quality remains at the top, mix. Add ice, always make sure the ice is on the top of the glass. Add soda, just from above, stir again, carefully. Decorate and serve.
