Check the MOD era style in this exhibition
When it comes to exhibitions, we recommend that you check the latest of the Brighton Museum & Art Gallery: In Crowd: MOD Fashion and Style 1958-1966. The small but beautifully curated exhibition offers a very stylish picture of the 1960s subculture, its influenced and sustainable attraction, presenting the perfect outfits (which we would still use), music and photography. Your ticket will also get you to the rest of the museum, including the original Brighton Mod brand Ben Sherman’s clothing retrospective (the new Duke’s Lane store’s flagship store focuses on the brand’s inheritance clothing) and it is worth spending a few hours browsing all exhibitions. We’re just looking again Quadrofenia. Mods, mods, we are mods.

Enjoy rays on a sunny terrace
We will change this again because it is meant to be hot this weekend. We are in full summer space, so the terrace hanging is mandatory. And when you have views as we have, there is no reason not to do. These are some of our favorite places right now. New restaurant Winkle has been opened on the old Drifter site, right by the sea, and co-owners Owen and PJ have created a space that captures and celebrates Brighton’s life-class, alien and a little special without exclusive food and drinking in wonderfully warm hospitality. Grab one of the tables on the terrace – or the window table on the first floor – to pamper brunch, dinner or drinks and the stunning views. Crab Mac and cheese bites are worth the order twice. New HOVE event venue from Bison Beer Gang, BabbleIt is completely open so, so target some triple terrace activities with a large selection of bishop searches, Slam Tacos’ excellent food, Sunrise Yoga (8am) and Killer Sea views. Read more about it here. Pearl cow Recently launched the terrace and it is delicious. Kykko right opposite the western pier on the right side of the i360, it is the perfect place for a long time for a lazy lunch or to settle the sun to go with a great cocktail, some oysters or pizzette fresh out of the pizza oven. Past the pier we still love recently democratized Cecconi Northern Italian dishes, decent wines and extensive sea views of these Scalloppes umbrellas; magnificent Reading room – Now on sofas and umbrellas! – for breakfast, brunch and weekend for dinner clubs; and old favorite Bison Beach Bar In the sea lane for a lively atmosphere on the Meriview page. And you can’t win It Sun Close to the top of Mäkinen Hanover, no surprises here, watching sunset.
