TK Maxx has announced it will open a new branch in Central London next week. The retailer will open the doors of its new store near Marble Arch at 10 am, on Thursday, November 7.

The new store is the labels-for-less retailer’s second location on Europe’s busiest shopping street, Oxford Street, and will feature big-brand fashion, accessories, and gifts all under one roof – just in time for Christmas.

Spanning two floors and over 16,000 square feet, the new store has created 130 new jobs. To celebrate the launch, the first 200 shoppers on opening day can take part in an in-store treasure hunt to be in with the chance of winning an exclusive TK Maxx goody bag and gift card.

A spokesperson for TK Maxx said: “We are thrilled to open a brand-new TK Maxx store in the iconic London location of Marble Arch just in time for Christmas. We know how much shoppers love our big-brand fashion, accessories, gifts and more, all at incredible prices.

“We’re confident that our valued London shoppers, and visitors to the area, will enjoy our bright and beautiful new store. We are also delighted to have created 130 new jobs for the area.”

Launched in 1994, TK Maxx is known for its thrift store model of pick-and-mix off-price clothing. It is the only major high street store selling off-price apparel and homeware, from a mixture of designer brands and its own in-house labels.

TK Maxx’s buyers have worked throughout the year to source branded gifts for this store, from boxed candles and the latest beauty and toy bargains to leather handbags. Shoppers can expect several new deliveries each week, with new items to find on every visit.

This new store is located beside Marble Arch Tube station and marks an addition to the other TK Maxx stores in Central London, including Oxford Street (near Oxford Circus Tube), Charing Cross Road, Covent Garden, and High Street Kensington.
