Step into the magic of Christmas at Hamleys, the world-famous, seven-storey toy shop on London’s Regent Street. From November 23 until December 24, the whole family are invited to explore the ‘Hamleys North Pole’, featuring an enchanting Elf Workshop and an opportunity to meet Santa ahead of his big adventure around the world on Christmas Eve.

The adventure will begin at the store entrance, where one of Santa’s toy-testing elves will greet families and guide them to the Elf Workshop, where there will be plenty of fun and games before heading into Santa’s Grotto. The experience is targeted at kids aged 2 to 8 years oldbut the whole family is welcome to join in.

Parents can share their children’s names and favourite things ahead of timeso each child will have a truly unique and personalised experience. And of course, they will also be given a special Christmas gift from Santa.

How much are tickets to Santa’s Grotto at Hamleys?

Sessions will last for 15 minutes. The price of tickets depends on when you visitand there are three tiered options:

• £55 for three people on weekdays between November 25 and December 20, with additional guests costing £15 per person.

• £70 for three people on Saturdays and Sundays during that same time period (November 23-24, November 30, December 1, December 7-8, December 14-15), with additional guests costing £17.50.

• Or £100 for three people from December 21-24, with additional guests costing £20.

Families are more than welcome to take their own photos with Santa, but there will also be an optional photo package available for purchase. The maximum number of visitors per session is sixand at least one adult is required per booking. Everyone must have a ticket to take part, even younger children.
