Tom Cunningham, head of hotel capital markets at Savills, who is acting for the seller, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to sell our client a number of assets across the UK. All three hotels are located in strong market locations and offer the incoming buyer an excellent opportunity to capitalize on continued consumer demand for overnight stays.
Daishi CEO George Brown added: “While we are saddened to see such large assets go, and it is with a heavy heart that we bring them to market, we will continue to expand Daishi’s portfolio and look for hotels that we feel are a better fit for our customers.
Daish’s Group began with the acquisition of Dash’s Hotel on the Isle of Wight in 1979. Since then it has expanded to include 12 hotels in 10 resorts across the UK.
