The 2021 action movie sees John Hartley (Dwayne Johnson), an FBI profiler join forces with the world’s greatest art thief Nolan Booth (Ryan Reynolds) in order to catch the world’s most wanted art thief ‘The Bishop’ (Gal Gadot).
The adventure film sees the trio travel across the world, end up in prison and party on the dance floor.
2. Most Watched Netflix Films – Don’t Look Up
It was the movie of the festive season in 2021, which may explain why Don’t Look Up is the second most watched Netflix film of all time, with 171,400,000 views in its first 91 days of release.
Made up of an iconic ensemble cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett and Tyler Perry, Don’t Look Up tells the story of two astronomers on a mission to alert the world of an imminent world destroying comet. Spoiler alert: it’s not as easy as you think to convince people of impending doom.

The second film starring Ryan Reynolds in the top 10 is The Adam Project which was released in 2022, and had 157,600,000 views in the first 91 days of release.
If you haven’t seen it, The Adam Project is about a time travelling pilot who teams up with his younger self and his late father to come to terms with his past, whilst also saving the future.
Also starring in the film is Zoe Saldaña, Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo and Walker Scobell.

It was the thriller film that had everyone talking in 2018, and turns out Bird Box had 157,400,000 views in its first 91 days of release.
Bird Box stars Sandra Bullock as a woman dealing with a very scary new threat in which unknown beings descend on the Earth, forcing people to commit suicide every time they see them.
If Sandra Bullock isn’t enough of a pull, the film also stars Sarah Paulson and John Malkovich.
5. Most Watched Netflix Films – The Gray Man
Starring an impressive cast of Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana De Armas, and Regé-Jean Page, The Gray Man had an equally impressive 139,300,000 views in its first 91 days of release in 2022.
The film follows CIA operative Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling), who is being hunted by a former cohort at the CIA, Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans).

7. Most Watched Netflix Films – Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery
The second instalment of the Knives Out movies, Glass Onion came out at Christmas 2022 and became one of Netflix’s most watched films with 136,300,000 views in its first 91 days of release.
The ensemble cast movie starring Daniel Craig, Kate Hudson, Janelle Monáe, Madelyn Cline, Edward Norton, and Dave Bautista, sees Daniel Craig return as detective Benoit Blanc who is invited to join a billionaire’s murder mystery game, that soon turns into a real life murder investigation.

2020 action thriller movie Extraction, starring Chris Hemsworth is next on the list, with 135,700,000 views in its first 91 days of release.
The film sees Chris Hemsworth take on the role of Tyler Rake, a a former Australian SAS operator turned black ops mercenary. Tyler takes on the mission to save an Indian drug lord’s son, but things don’t go to plan when Tyler gets double crossed.

The most recent addition to the list is The Mother starring Jennifer Lopez which had 133,000,000 views in the first 91 days of its release back in May 2023.
Jennifer stars as an assassin who comes out of hiding to save her teenage daughter, whom she gave up in order to protect her, after she is kidnapped.

And the final movie in the top 10 most watched on Netflix is the 2020 action comedy movie Spenser Confidential, which had 129,100,000 views in its first 91 days of release.
Starring Mark Wahlberg and Winston Duke, Spenser Confidential sees Spenser (Wahlberg), an ex-police officer, team up with an aspiring fighter Hawk (Winston Duke) to uncover a rather sinister plot tied to the death of two police officers.
