The perceived, lifestyle and club brand, is to be opened in East Sussex at the end of 2025.
The design created by Chris King, the founder of the letter hotel concept, describes “a series of life-friendly hotels and clubs, designed by nature.
Made in the Eastern Sussex powder, the brand’s debut. The property has been set up at the end of 2025 and focuses on the seven -hectare private lake.
The hotel offers 55 rooms and suites designed by the House of Dré in the Georgian II Class II II. Guests can enjoy many amenities such as pub, restaurant, cocktail bar, crafts, art studio and member club.
Additional accommodation includes three cabins, each ranging from three to five bedrooms. All cabins have a kitchen hole and a living area with a stove. The largest, known as Lake House, has its own garden, outdoor pool and direct access to the lake through a private deck.
Craft Barn and Art Studio-two creative creative status is funded by various art-based activities, including ceramics, printing fee and much more.
The aim of the design of their food and drinking places is to obtain 75 % of its ingredients from the United Kingdom. The restaurant helps the executive chef-Joka announcing-when all day the pub offers dishes made on an open open grill and a wood-fired pizza oven.
King said: “Powdermills is just beginning. In the coming years, designed to grow into a network of life-friendly hotels and clubs throughout and outside the United Kingdom. Everyone is unique in its surroundings, but everyone shares the same spirit: the first, creatively charged and thoughtful balance of modern life.”
